Western Paper Industries (Pvt) Ltd has been a dominant player for the manufacturing of adhesive tapes, paper cores ,sticker products & paper tubes for consumer and industrial sectors since its beginning in the year 1988 and based in Sri Lanka having a state of the art factory which is upgraded in a constant manner for the production of highest quality products that meets all the specifications and requirement of our customers . Being a direct Exporter our products have a very strong presence in Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Taiwan, Vietnam , Pakistan and in most of the Asian Countries. Our products have been widely accepted and has made its presence felt in African countries too. This itself is a testimony to the high quality standards the company has adopted and sustained in all these years.
In addition to our production capabilities and the capacities , we have technically qualified professionals in Research and Development division which is equipped with modern lab facilities that can help in developing new products or modifying existing ones to offer total customized solutions to meet customer demands.

Recently, we successfully implemented a large scale project to install solar panels on the factory rooftops minimizing its dependence on the power from national grid. From the beginning, the use of furnace oil has been eliminated completely by using bio-mass boilers using coconut shells and saw dust as the major fuel.
WPI also operates a modern water treatment plant facilitating the re-use of treated and recycled waste water for gardening and washing in the production processes by minimizing the harm to the environment.
